Hey there, I'm glad you stopped by!
As a special education teacher, I strive to support the various learning styles of all students, and to support teachers in their constant pursuit to differentiate instruction so all students can learn to their full potential.
I also strive to be a resource to parents, as I know that when those kids step off the bus after a long school day, it can be a very different ball game and that any extra tools to help might be appreciated!
I earned my Bachelor's Degree from Loyola University Maryland in Baltimore and my Masters Degree in Special Education and Learning Disabilities from Rivier University in Nashua, NH. I have experience from the west coast to the east coast, in both regular education and special education, elementary grades through high school, in both private and public schools.
I am in my 13th year of teaching and I love it! This is my 6th year at RJH and I feel so fortunate to be a Rye Riptide.
My interests include skiing, surfing, running and dogs of all kinds. In my spare time you can catch me hanging out with my husband and my French bulldog, Maple!
